All Sales Policy
Due to the nature of the products offered, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Fryd Labs.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, order information, and additional documentation to assist with the review process.
Packages Marked Delivered
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Fryd Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or delivery investigations.
Abandoned Packages
Customers are solely responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and ensuring that packages are accepted, collected, or retrieved when required by the shipping carrier.
If a customer abandons a package, fails to collect a package, refuses delivery, fails to respond to carrier requests, or allows a package to be returned, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of by the shipping carrier, Fryd Labs will not issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or exchange.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that abandoned shipments are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related circumstances, any reshipment fees shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping stages, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Review Process
Any approved refund request will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Policy Changes
Fryd Labs reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
